Please be aware that the terms outlined in this agreement will apply to you from the moment you download or use the application. It is essential that you review these terms carefully before using the application. You are prohibited from duplicating or modifying the application, its components, or our trademarks in any form. Additionally, you are not permitted to extract or modify the application's source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative works of our application. The application, trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and all other intellectual property rights related to the application are the exclusive property of KARTLIENERGY LLC (hereinafter referred to as “MartEV”).
KARTLIENERGY LLC is committed to making the application as useful and efficient as possible. Consequently, we reserve the right to make changes to the application and to charge fees for the services provided by the application at any time and for any reason. We will never ask you to pay for the application or its services without providing a clear explanation, ensuring you understand what you are paying for. To provide our services, the “MartEV“ application collects and processes personal information you provide. It is your responsibility to safeguard your phone and the application from unauthorized access. We recommend avoiding jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as these actions remove the security restrictions imposed by the official operating system, potentially making your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, or other malicious programs. Such vulnerabilities may weaken your device’s security and could cause the “MartEV” application to malfunction or become unusable. KARTLIENERGY LLC will not be liable for any issues arising from these actions. The application’s specific features require an active internet connection, which may be provided via Wi-Fi or by your mobile service provider. KARTLIENERGY LLC is not responsible for any issues that arise due to lack of or unstable internet connectivity
Usage Outside Wi-Fi Zones:
If you use the application outside of a Wi-Fi zone, please be aware that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. As a result, you may incur charges from your mobile network provider for internet usage. You are responsible for such charges, including roaming fees if you use the application outside of your country or region without disabling roaming. If you are not the person directly paying any charges incurred from using the application via a specific device, “MartEV” assumes that you have obtained permission from the legal owner of the device to use the application.
Responsibility for Device Usage:
KARTLIENERGY LLC is not responsible for how you use your own mobile phone or device. It is your responsibility to ensure that your phone is charged. If the device is discharged and you are unable to fully utilize the application, KARTLIENERGY LLC will not be liable for any related issues.
Liability Limitations:
Regarding KARTLIENERGY LLC’s liability in relation to your use of the application, please note that despite our efforts to ensure the application functions correctly at all times, our service partially relies on information provided by third parties. Consequently, KARTLIENERGY LLC is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may occur if you rely entirely on the application's functionality. We may periodically update the application, which is available for both iOS and Android systems. Such updates may change system requirements, and you must ensure that updates are downloaded to your mobile device to continue using the application without interruption. KARTLIENERGY LLC does not guarantee that the application will always be updated to align with the version of iOS or Android you are using. However, you agree to download all necessary updates provided by us to your mobile device. We may also decide to restrict your access to the application without prior notice. In such cases, if you do not receive alternative instructions from us: a) the rights/licenses granted to you under this agreement will terminate; b) you must cease using the application and, if applicable, delete it.

We periodically update these terms and conditions. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect as of the date of publication.
